One week after receiving the pendent a diamond/stone was missing. I have been E mailing "Alle Fine Jewelry" and Amazon ever since to try and find out how to handle the problem. Amazon's responce is a E mail that can not be replied to and "Alle" does not reply at all. This is after at least 3 attempts at E mailing. So needless to say my wife is not happy with "Alle Fine Jewelry.
