Thumb Ring Review April 10, 2008
Right now I'm not too happy with the product or the vendor. I originally ordered a ring size that was too big. I returned the product with the required $4.99 check after calling 2 times to get a RMA # (vendor said was required to return) requesting a smaller size ring. Received what I thought was the replacement ring within 10 days only to find that it was the exact same size I returned to them. Called the vendor who told me to return the ring with a note and they would take care of it. This was only done 2 days ago so we will see.

pain! it had to be resized and I still don't have it back. it's been almost three weeks
