The earrings look great. But they are a little bit big for me...I asked for return, and the customer service staff was really very nice. They responded promptly and provided me the prepaid returned label.

This is a great product for people who do not have pierced ears. They look good and are easy to set. When they offer a bigger size, I will buy again.

I recently had some surgery on my earlobes, so I had to switch to clip-ons for a few months. These really are pretty. I always wear large diamonds (pierced) and so these were perfect. I gave a four because they get a little tender after long periods but if you are used to clip-ons, I bet you would give them a 5! They are a great price and I recommend them!!
