I have to admit this was my first online jewelry purchase and I was a little skeptical. I must say the quality of the jewel, the excellent customer service and fast delivery was much more than I could have anticipated. When I received the pendant it was even in a decorative box so I didnt need to gift wrap!

The item is a beautiful piece of jewelry. We could only wish that it was as large as the picture. It is hard to visualize the actual size. The transaction with this jeweler went very well, the packaging was really really nice (they forgot to include the card) but what the hay. Thanks for the quick shipping........cecilia

I bought this Ruby Pendant for my wife. She always wanted one. This had a very elegant style, so I ordered it. It is even nicer than the picture. It is a genuine great quality pendant. The ruby and diamond are of high quality. I know because I looked in the jewelry stores first. They sold similar pendants for double, even triple this price. This one even came with a free chain. The shipping was super fast, I was surprised that it came in so quickly.I am very happy, and I know that my wife will always LOVE this pendant. I will defintely buy from this company again. I purchased this pendant for my secretary and it is so much nicer than the picture. I am usually a bit nervous ordering things without seeing them in person, but I took a chance after I had such a positive experience buying some sapphire peices for my wife and daughter. I did all of my office shopping through this one vendor. The quality of the Ruby is great. It came with a free gold chain. The blue box and white bow comes ready to give, without wrapping. I'm sure that this gift will be well received. The shipping was (once again) very quick.
