It took over a month to get my product from this company.
I will not order from them again. When I did get the ear rings, they were much smaller than they seemed in the picture. It would be nice to have some sort of picture scale to see the size of the item being purchased.
Sterling Silver Celtic Knot NOT so Red Garnet Earrings December 29, 2007
I had received the earrings I purchased on Amazon and they were supposed to be RED garnets. But their color is far closer to Amber than red (as was pictured) and I was very disappointed. I wrote my problem to Amazon and to date have had no response. I had asked back then to either send replacement pair sent (at NO additional shipping charges to ME) that someone actually CHECKS the color or I would send these back for a full refund. The style is very cute - I even like the accompanying necklace and ring designs - HOWEVER....
I then wrote to 6 different departments at Amazon asking for help with an exchange --- to this day, WEEKS later, None of the departments has responded. The holidays are now passed - I have a gift I could not give.
Disappointed.
Awesome earrings December 28, 2007
I love these earrings. They are a great length. The garnet is a nice shade and neutral enough to go with most colors. Also, the knot work is very pretty. These can be worn dressy or casual.
