The earrings were just as they were described. It was a great match to the Tanzanite ring my wife has. Shipping was very fast and the packaging was very professional. This was a Mothers Day gift and my wife loved it.

I bought the earrings for my wife for our anniversary. They came in the mail very quickly. She had them for three days. Then one of them fell out. She doesn't know exactly when and where, but one is gone. The back, she tells me, does not clip on too strongly, so they fall out quite easily. They are beautiful for sure, but to lose one only after three days was quite dissapointing.

I was shopping for tanzanite studs, and after reading all reviews on products and vendors, I purchased my pair from finejewelers. All reviews agreed about the fine quality of the product and the great price, it seemed like a no brainier to place the order. I didn't know what to expect from the packaging, it looked really nice in the pictures and I thought that it would make a really nice presentation (specially since I don't ever wrap gifts!) It goes the same with the free Gift Card. It saved me a lot of time filling it out online and I didn't have to go looking for one myself.
I must say that the reviews of both the item and the vendor were accurate. Real fast (free) shipping, great E-Mail tracking, and the quality of the earrings was outstanding. The stones have very nice color and no inclusions at all. The setting was clean and elegant. The packaging with the Gift Box and Velvet pouch was indeed impressive. The seller name on the box didn't bother me at all, it was tastefully placed and elegant/exclusive looking, like a tiffany logo! My wife really loved the blue velvet pouch and lacquered earring box. She was so impressed with the whole package of product, presentation and price, that she told me she would use finejewelers for her own sister's birthday gift. Believe me, that is the best endorsement you can get!

Only problem is all the branding on all the stuff. It would be much nicer if finejewelers wasn't on the bag, box, and then on the inside of the jewlry box.

This is my third pair of earrings from this vendor, and I am very happy with all my purchases.
Very nice earrings, clean, simple and elegant. The stones are very brilliant and have no inclusions at all! The color was very nice too, much darker than a different pair I got at the mall last week(for more money!) and promptly returned after comparing it with this one. The presentation was very nice and classy. I found the high polished wood earring box to be elegant and expensive looking, and the velvet pouch made for a very "grand" presentation. It looked like I spent a fortune on the gift! Shipping was super-fast (it shipped in two days!)and comunication and order tracking really outstanding. Bottom line, I will shop for jewelry only online from now on, and I will buy much more from this vendor for sure!
