As described on the site, this little lock necklace seemed to be a charming piece that would add a bit of sparkle to an outfit. When it arrived, I was disappointed in the quality of the diamond clarity and sparkle, although I realize it wasn't that expensive. I have had other "bargain" purchases, however, that did offer better quality for the money. This looks like it is worth only $89. it cost as the deal special rather than the $200. or so it was supposed to cost originally, and at which is was valued online. I was going to return it, but kept it, wearing it with casual outfits. I like unique and very special jewelry items, and normally receive notice and comments on my choices. I do not mean to sound arrogant, I have never received one single compliment or comment on this piece.
Other points:
The chain is pretty, very delicate, and the perfect length.It has a small clasp that can be difficult to attach as you put it on. The small touch of gold, visible in the picture, is barely visible while wearing.
Rather than spend your money on this piece, save up a little more money and choose something of better quality and presence.

And Honestly... thats fine by me! I got this for me and my girlfriends one year anniversary, for about $85.00 with the Amazon gold deal. A fraction of what it retails for. Real Diamonds... very sparkly... and perfect for a corny line like the one I used "Its a lock for your heart, because only I have the key".
The plan is to get her a new charm for each year the we are together. So the small size of the pendant is perfect, and it looks amazing. the front has the diamonds, and the back is hollowed out, skeleton view of the inside of the lock. Good purchase. ^^
Too small for my liking November 6, 2008
This is a cute necklace but, despite being lucky enough to catch this as a special deal at a quarter the price, the lock is too small for my liking so back it goes.
